Located in the east of Taipa, Macau International Airport occupies 192 hectares. It only takes 10 minutes by bus from the airport to Macau Ferry Terminal, 20 minutes to Border Gate, 5 minutes to COTAI Frontier Post.

By taking the route through the Friendship Bridge, Macau Ferry Terminal and Border Gate can be easily reached; while Macau city center can be reached via Macau-Taipa Bridge. It is not more than 30 minutes for people transporting to any other places. Taxis and AP1 bus ride to airport, hotels, Macau Ferry Terminal and Border Gate.

There are flights at Macau International Airport connecting to Beijing, Guilin, Kunming, Nanjing, Ningbo, Sanya, Shanghai, Wuhan, Xiazhou and Zhenzhou, Taipei and Kaohsiung in Taiwan. Origins/Destinations of foreign flights include Singapore and Bangkok; Manila in Philippines; Seoul of North Korea and Pyongyang of South Korea.
